Meisinuo Heated Insoles Recall Lawsuit

On July 9, 2026, The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a warning to consumers to immediately cease using heated insoles.

According to the CPSC, the lithium-ion battery may explode or ignite while in use, posing a risk of serious burn injury and fire hazard.

There are currently 17 reports of fires, explosions, and other thermal incidents involving the insoles. These incidents have resulted in at least 15 reported burn injuries, including serious burns requiring hospital treatment.

Are the Heated Insoles Recalled?

No, Meisinuo, has not agreed to recall these insoles or offer a remedy to consumers.

This recall involves Meisinuo heated insoles. The insoles are black, contain a lithium-ion battery in the heel area and are operated by a remote control.

The heated insoles are sold online through Amazon.com from August 2023 through December 2024 for between $35 and $90.
