On March 5, 2026, The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a warning to consumers to immediately cease using the heated insoles.

According to the assessment of CPSC, the internal lithium-ion battery may overheat while in use, and could ignite, posing a potential risk of serious burn injury to consumers, or fire hazard.

Are the Junsyoung Heated Insoles Recalled?

No, JunShengyoung, of China, the manufacturer, has, at this time, not responded to the CPSC’s requests for information or to recall the product.

The heated insoles are black and red, contain a lithium-ion battery in the heel area and are operated by a remote control. The brand name “Junsyoung,” or the seller name “JAMRIC” can be found on the purchase receipt.

The heated insoles were sold on Amazon from July 2023 through March 2024.
