On May 14, 2026, The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a warning to consumers to immediately cease using the tower stool.
According to the CPSC, the tower stools may collapse or tip over while in use. A child’s torso can fit through the openings on the front and back sides, posing a risk of serious injury, fall and entrapment hazards, and a risk of death.
There are currently 25 reports involving stability issues and falls, resulting in eight injuries including a fractured arm.
Are the Cosyland Tower Stools Recalled?
Yes, SuzhouGongYeYuanQu Wan Yi Shen Jia MaoYiShangHang dba Cosyland Official of China announced a product safety recall.
This recall involves Cosyland children’s tower stools with model numbers
- CS0003
- CS0092-4
The tower stools were sold in natural bamboo and gray. “COSYLAND” and warning labels are visible along the top rails.
The tower stools were sold online through Amazon.com from April 2021 through Nov. 2025 for around $70.
