On Aug. 13, 2026, The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a warning to consumers to immediately cease using the baby jumpers and swings.
According to the CPSC, the baby jumper, baby swing and 2-in-1 baby jumper & swing can become unstable, posing fall and impact hazards. Additionally, the hanging restraint straps and seat openings on the products can pose strangulation hazards.
There are currently 52 reports of fall, impact and strangulation hazards, including at least 32 reports of injuries such as babies suffering head bumps and a bloody nose.
Are the Baby Jumpers and Swings Recalled?
Yes, Taleco Gear, of La Verne, California announced a product safety recall.
This recall involves This recall involves G Taleco Gear Baby Jumpers, Baby Swings and Baby Jumper & Swings. The swings and jumpers were sold in black, white, gray, pink, blue and green. The following products and their model numbers are included in the recall:
- Baby Jumper – Model Number: jumper-01
- Baby Swing – Model Number: swing-1
- 2-in-1 Jumper & Swing-A – Model Number: jumper-01
- 2-in-1 Jumper & Swing-B – Model Number: jumper-01
The model number can be found on the fabric wash and care label sewn into the fabric seat cover.
The baby jumpers and swings were sold online through Amazon.com, Walmart.com and TalecoGear.com from April 2021 through July 2026 for between $65 and $120.
