The infant deaths may have occurred after the infants rolled onto their side or stomach while unrestrained.

Why is there a second recall for the sleepers?

The CPSC publicized the second recall because four additional infant fatalities were reported after the first recall in April 2019. This makes a total of 15 deaths resulting from this product.

Kids2 posted a reannouncement of the rocking sleepers on their website as well, linking to the official CPSC recall notice.

What models are affected by this recall?
