On March 26, 2026, The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a warning to consumers to immediately cease using the portable bed rails.
According to the assessment of CPSC, the bed rails may violate the mandatory standard for adult portable bed rails. Users may become entrapped within the bed rail, or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress. This poses a serious entrapment hazard, as well as a risk of death by asphyxiation. In addition, the bed rails do not contain the required hazard warning labels.
