On Jan. 8 2026, The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a warning to consumers to immediately cease using the Agrish Bed Rail.
According to the assessment of CPSC, the bed rail may violate the mandatory standard for adult portable bed rails. It may pose a potential entrapment hazard, asphyxiation risk that could lead to death.
There is currently one report of the product causing an injury to the consumer.
Are the Bed Rails Recalled?
Yes, Zhongshan Lebo Medical Co., Ltd., of China announced a product safety recall.
This recall involves the Agrish branded portable bed rails with model numbers

- 2513
- 2516
The bed rails were sold online through Amazon.com from April 2025 through October 2025 for between $50 and $80.
