On Feb. 12, 2026, The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a warning to consumers to immediately cease using the bed rail.

According to the assessment of CPSC, the bed rails may violate the mandatory standard for adult portable bed rails. Consumers may become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress. This poses an entrapment hazard, risk of asphyxiation, or death. Additionally, the structure of the bed rail may not be stable, which could lead to a fall.

Are the Beloems Bed Rails Recalled?

Yes, Leioujiapin Technology Co., Ltd. dba Beloems, of China announced a product safety recall.

This recall involves Beloems-branded adult portable bed rails, model BL-BR201. The foldable bed rails have white metal tubing with either rounded black or grey foam rubber handle gripsThe “Beloems” logo is printed on the bed rail’s fabric cover.

The bed rails were sold online through Amazon.com from June 2025 through Oc. 2025 for about $90.
