More recently, ByHeart baby formula has been recalled after the FDA received at least 83 reports of babies diagnosed with infant botulism. This is a nationwide recall and outbreak of infant botulism. In addition, Nara Organics Formula announced a voluntary recall on June 13, 2026 due to the presence of botulism spores in their products. At this time, there have been three cases of illness associated with the outbreak.
