Dearlomum Retractable Safety Gates Recall Lawsuit

Dearlomum Retractable Safety Gates have been recalled. The lawyers at Johnson//Becker, PLLC, are currently accepting new cases for recalled safety gates.

What is the Problem?

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the recalled gates violate the federal standard for expansion gates and expandable enclosures because a child’s torso can fit through the opening between the gate and the floor, posing a risk of serious injury or death due to entrapment. The CPSC warns consumers to stop using the Dearlomum Retractable Safety Gates immediately.
