Yamazuki XW-A17 ATVs Recall Lawsuit

On June 25, 2026, The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a warning to consumers to immediately cease using the youth ATVs.

According to the CPSC, the youth ATVs may violate the mandatory safety standard for ATVs because they are missing brake lights, reducing visibility of the youth ATV to other vehicles, posing a deadly crash hazard.

Are the Youth ATVs Recalled?

Yes, Yamazuki Inc., of Ontario, California announced a product safety recall.

This recall involves XW-A17 Electric Youth ATVs. They were sold in blue, green, orange and pink, and were sold under multiple brand names including Sunderwell. “Model:XW-A17” is printed on the identification plate located on the front left side of the frame column.

The youth ATVs were sold online through Amazon.com and Walmart.com from Oct. 2025 through Dec. 2025 for between $500 and $600.
