Target Massage Ball Recall Lawsuit

Hot or cold massage balls sold exclusively at Target stores have been recalled after consumer complaints of explosion and burn injuries.

On April 4, 2019, Sakar International dba; Vivitar, of Edison, N.J. issued a voluntary Nationwide recall of Vivitar Hot/Cold Massage Balls. The recall of massage balls was announced by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Explosion & Burn Injuries Reported

The company has reported that they have received 84 reports from consumers complaining the massage balls exploded and also at least 17 people have reported burn injuries to various parts of their body.
