According to the CPSC, the stems on the toy mushrooms can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

The company received five reports of the mushroom stems detaching from the tops.

Approximately 1,850 units have been recalled.

The recall includes Hearth & Hand with Magnolia 13-piece Toy Mushroom Peg Sorters: a board with mushrooms in a dotted pattern with multiple colors. The recall affects boards with the model number 324-06-3185. Model numbers are located underneath the board.
