On Sept. 04, 2025, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a warning to consumers to immediately stop using Tajarly heated insoles due to risk of serious burn injury and fire hazard. Johnson//Becker Lawyers are now accepting Tajarly heated insoles lawsuits.

CPSC has received four reports of dangerous thermal incidents linked to the malfunctioning and defective Tajaely insoles, resulting in burn injuries, and at least two reports of extended hospital stays.

According to the CPSC, the internally placed lithium-ion battery runs the risk of overheating, igniting, or exploding, even after the sole has been turned off and stands idle.

Have The Tajarly Heated Insoles Been Recalled?

No. The CPSC has sent multiple requests to Shenzhen Tejiali Technology Co., of China, the manufacturer of the heated insoles asking them to issue a recall on the heated insoles listed in this warning but the Company has been unresponsive to the CPSC requests.

The defective heated insoles are black, contain a lithium-ion battery and are operated by a remote control. The brand name “Tajarly” is printed on the sole and the same name may be printed on the purchase receipt. The defective heated insoles were sold on Amazon from July 2022 through July 2024 for between $33 and $320. If you purchased this product as described within this time frame, it may be subject to the CPSC warning.
