Soft Play Sky Wheels Recall Lawsuit

On July 27, 2023, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recalled Soft Play’s Sky Wheels due to fall injury risks.

Sky Wheels are an individual active play component sold to businesses and can be incorporated into an indoor soft-contained play system.

According to the CPSC, the Sky Wheel could detach from the rail of the play set and cause injuries.

The company received 15 reports of the Sky Wheel detaching from the play set rails and three injuries.

Approximately 3,500 units were included in the recall.
