On Sept. 17, 2026, The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a warning to consumers to immediately cease using the baby walker.
According to the CPSC, the infant walkers can fit through a standard doorway and fail to stop at the edge of a step, and could pose an injury hazard to babies.
There are currently six noted incidents involving the baby walker, with three resulting in head injuries.
Are the Baby Walkers Recalled?
No. The CPSC issued a Notice of Violation to the retailer, Dongguanshilingyuanguojimaoyiyouxiangongsi, doing business as Pvauert US, of China. The firm has not agreed to recall these infant walkers nor offer a remedy to consumers.
This warning involves Pvauert-branded infant walkers. The walkers are foldable, have nine adjustable height settings, and were sold in black, green, pink and white. They have a tray, round base and six-wheel assemblies. “Model Number: CT02” can be found printed on a label on the seat’s underside.
The baby walkers have been found sold through Amazon.com from October 2025 through June 2026 for about $65. The product may have also been sold by other sellers and on other websites.
