On April 16, 2026, The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a warning to consumers to immediately cease using the power supply.
According to the assessment of CPSC, the units may lack a permanent, on-product warning label identifying potential electrical shock and electrocution hazards. This may pose a risk of serious injury or death if the unit is opened or disassembled.
