Heat Hero Portable Heater Recall Lawsuit

Over 20,000 Heat Hero Portable Heaters have been recalled due to overheating which can cause injury or property damage.

About 20,000 portable mini heaters have been recalled from the consumer market due to fire and burn hazards, reports the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Heat Hero LLC of Irvine, Calif. announced the recall on April 17, 2019. The space heaters were sold in the United States, Canada, and online at shop.buyheathero.com, between October 2018 and March 2019 for $35 to $45.

The problem with the space heater is that it can overheat, smoke and catch fire. This put the consumer at risk of injury and property damage.
