On Oct. 29, 2026, The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a warning to consumers to immediately cease using the sensory swing.
According to the CPSC, the swings’ ceiling hook can separate from its plate, posing a risk of serious injury from a fall hazard.
There are currently 29 reports of the swing’s ceiling hook separating, including 14 injuries that resulted in two concussions and a broken arm.
