Glow Sticks and Glasses Party Pack Toys Recall Lawsuit

Leetous has recalled its Glow Sticks and Glasses Party Packs. The lawyers at Johnson//Becker, PLLC, are currently accepting new cases for recalled toys.

What is the Problem?

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the glow sticks and glasses violate the mandatory federal battery-operated toy regulation because the button cell batteries are in a compartment that can be opened easily without a standard household tool. Reese’s Law makes products with small batteries safer by requiring child-resistant packaging and warning labels to reduce the risk of injury or death, especially in children under six. When button cell and coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns, or death, posing an ingestion hazard to children.

How Do I Know if My Party Pack Has Been Recalled?

The April 17, 2025, recall includes about 6,300 Leetous LED Glow Sticks and Glasses Party Pack Toys. The pack consists of six light-up glasses (pink, white, blue) and six glow sticks (green, purple, red, blue, and orange). The Leetous logo is printed on the upper left corner of the box. Also, “Model No. LTXN1003” is printed on the back.

The recalled party packs were sold exclusively online at Amazon.com from October 20234 through February 2025 for about $15.
