On May 7, 2026, The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a warning to consumers to immediately cease using the helmets.
According to the CPSC, the helmets may violate mandatory safety standards for bicycle helmets, and may not meet all certification requirements. In the event of a crash, the helmets can fail to protect the user and could pose a serious risk of injury or death.
