FNA Group Simpson Pressure Washer Recall Lawsuit

On Dec. 28, 2023, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recalled FNA Group’s Simpson gas pressure washers with electric starts due to burn injury hazards.

According to the CPSC, the lithium battery of the pressure washer’s electric start system can overheat, posing burn hazards to users. About 2,930 pressure washer products are included in the recall.

FNA Group received two reports of pressure washer lithium batteries overheating and causing property damage.

Sold exclusively at Lowe’s, the recall includes Simpson gas pressure washers with model number PS61264 printed on the product’s silver label.

The CPSC advises consumers to stop using the recalled pressure washers immediately.
