DR Power PRO MAX30 Lawn Mowers Recall Lawsuit

The blade control system may be experiencing a malfunction, which creates a serious laceration hazard to consumers. The lawyers at Johnson//Becker, PLLC are currently accepting new cases for injuries caused by the lawn mower. Learn more below.

On August 6, 2026, The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a warning to consumers to immediately cease using the lawn mower.

According to the CPSC, the lawn mowers may violate the mandatory safety standard for walk-behind lawn mowers because the blades can operate without the blade control system engaged. They may also continue to operate even after the release of the control, posing a serious laceration hazard.
