On Nov. 20, 2025, The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a warning to consumers to immediately cease using the listed baby lounger.
According to the assessment of CPSC, the “Bearlala” baby loungers violate the mandatory standard for Infant Sleep Products. Their findings indicate that the sides of the lounger are shorter than the minimum height limit requirement, the enclosed openings at the foot of the loungers are wider than allowed, and the baby loungers do not have a stand. These purported violations could lead to falls, serious injury, or even death.
This product was sold on Walmart.com from Aug. 2025 through Oct. 2025 for between $35 and $45.
