Zack Kaylor is an attorney with Johnson Becker PLLC. Zack litigates nationwide class and collective actions on behalf of employees and consumers.
Zack understands the importance of fighting for fair pay and the value of hard work. An Indiana native, he grew up on a family farm as the son of a union plumber and teacher, and the grandson of a Teamster. He is prepared to hold employers liable when they fail to properly compensate employees for their hard work.
He is also prepared to stand up for consumers when individuals and corporations abuse their power. While in law school, Zack served as a student attorney in the University of Minnesota Consumer Protection Clinic where he represented consumers in debt defense and prosecuted fraud. He also served as a law clerk in the Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Iowa Attorney General where he worked on fraud and competition issues.
Zack strongly believes that everyone should have access to justice. He volunteers with Dakota County Legal Assistance providing legal advice and full representation in pro bono matters. He lives with his wife Aisha and their standard poodle Sebastian in Northeast Minneapolis where they enjoy the city’s parks, bicycling, and attending Minnesota United games.
