Zack Kaylor is an attorney with Johnson Becker PLLC. Zack litigates collective and class actions on behalf of employees and consumers. He also represents people injured by defective drugs, medical devices, and products.
Zack is passionate about the rights of employees, consumers, and injured people. An Indiana native, he grew up on a family farm as the son of a union plumber and teacher and understands the importance of fighting for what’s right. Zack regularly represents employees in unpaid wages actions alleging violations of the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and state law. Zack represents consumers in class actions when they are assessed improper fees or when they receive defective products. He also represents people when they are injured by medical drugs and devices.
Zack strongly believes that everyone should have access to justice. He volunteers with Volunteers Lawyers Network, providing legal advice and full representation in pro bono matters.
