SNOOZ Electrical Fans Recall Lawsuit

On April 9, 2026, The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a warning to consumers to immediately cease using the fan.

According to the assessment of CPSC, the power connector inside of the fan may corrode with use, and could cause the fan to overheat, posing a risk of fire.

There are currently six reports of the fans overheating and smoking with one report of fire.

Are the SNOOZ Fans Recalled?

Yes, Snooz, Inc., of Las Vegas, Nevada announced a product safety recall.

This recall involves Breez 2-in-1 Smart Bedroom and White Noise electrical fan that provides a combination of white noise and air circulation. It comes in white with a beige stand . The Breez fans have a removable barrel power jack and have a serial number on the underside of the fan’s wooden base that begins with BZ10 or BZ02.

The fans were sold online at Amazon, Shopify, Kickstarter and other small retailers from June 2023 through December 2025 for about $200.
