Crayan Mattresses Recall Lawsuit

Crayan Mattresses have been recalled. The lawyers at Johnson//Becker, PLLC, are currently accepting new cases for recalled home furnishings, including Crayan Mattresses.

What is the Problem?

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the recalled mattresses fail to meet open-flame flammability requirements, violating federal safety standards for mattresses and posing a significant fire hazard. The mattress rule helps reduce deaths by making mattresses burn more slowly in a fire, giving people more time to escape safely. This guideline took effect July 1, 2007. It is estimated that this standard could prevent as many as 270 deaths and 1,330 injuries every year.

Is My Mattress Included in this Recall?

The June 18, 2025, recall included about 100,000 10-inch and 12-inch Crayan Mattresses sold in Twin, Full, Queen, and King sizes. The single-sided mattresses have a white knit quilted top with the brand name “Crayan” printed on the gray side panel. The mattresses were sold in a compressed box.

The mattresses were sold exclusively online at Amazon.com from July 2022 through June 2024 for between $100 and $220.
