What is the Problem?
According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the 3-in-1 products pose a suffocation risk because they were marketed for infant sleep and have an incline greater than 10 degrees, in violation of the Infant Sleep Products Rule and the Safe Sleep for Babies Act. The recall also adds that the products fail to meet mandatory warning requirements under the high chair standard. The CPSC warns consumers to stop using the Peg Perego Tatamia 3-in-1 products immediately.
