Boyro Baby Convertible High Chairs Recall Lawsuit

Boyro Baby Convertible High Chairs have been recalled. The lawyers at Johnson//Becker, PLLC, are currently accepting new cases for recalled Boyro Baby Convertible High Chairs.

What is the Problem?

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the Boyro High Chairs pose a deadly fall hazard to babies because the restraint system is not attached to the product, and the locks or latches can fail. The CPSC’s recall also stated the following: “The high chairs pose an entrapment hazard because the opening between the seat and tray is large enough that a child can become entrapped in it. These violate the federal regulations for high chairs.”

The CPSC requires all high chairs for children to meet federal safety standards that improve stability, include a secure three- or five-point harness with a crotch strap to prevent falls, and display clear warning labels and instructions. These standards, effective since June 2019, are designed to reduce injuries by ensuring high chairs are safe, stable, and properly used.

Is My Child’s High Chair Included in this Recall?

The May 15, 2025, recall includes about 5,400 Boyro Baby-branded high chairs. The 4-in-1 high chairs were sold in gray, green, and pink. The high chairs have a removable seat cushion, a detachable tray, a footrest, and a storage space underneath the seat. The product converts from a high chair into a low chair, as well as a rocking chair and a slide.

The Boyro Baby Convertible High Chairs were sold exclusively online at Amazon.com from October 2023 through November 2024 for between $70 and $90.
