Vivitar Blender Bottles Recall Lawsuit

Sakar has recalled its Vivitar Blender Bottles. The lawyers at Johnson//Becker, PLLC, are currently accepting new cases for recalled Vivitar Blender Bottles.

What is the Problem?

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the blender’s blades can continue to operate when the bottle is not attached to the blender, posing a laceration hazard. The CPSC has received at least one report in which the consumer was able to remove the bottle from the base while the blades were engaged. The CPSC warns consumers to stop using the Vivitar Blender Bottles immediately.

Is My Blender Bottle Included in this Recall?

The April 3, 2025, recall includes about 200,000 Vivitar Blender Bottles. The bottles are clear plastic with a white base and top. “VIVITAR,” “ITEM: ES15-BB-TA,” and “MID #5220824” are printed on a sticker located under the base of the bottle.

The blender bottles, which cost about $5, were exclusively sold at Target stores nationwide and at Target.com from December 2024 through January 2025.
