On June 18, 2026, The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a warning to consumers to immediately cease using the car seat adapters.
According to the CPSC, the car seat adapters can fail to properly attach to the stroller and can cause the seat to fall, posing a risk of serious injury from a fall hazard.
There is currently one report of the car seat adapters detaching from the strollers.
